Kensington Residence

This single-story Edwardian era weatherboard home has been extensively re-designed to enable the integration of new, modern facilities while maintaining the integrity of its heritage charm. The project scope included demolition of an existing lean-to to allow for a single storey extension to the rear of the dwelling. A central courtyard was designed to separate old from new and allow natural light into the new living area and master ensuite. At the rear, the dining and living areas open to a private and tranquil backyard complete with an elevated Plungie pool. This design has transformed this period residence from a simple, small home into something much more special.
